Tink Tank: What is your work about, where do you work, what do you do? 

I work as a programmer. The company is in Israel, and I work remotely.

Tink Tank: What was your first job and how old were you? 
Ice cream place, 30 

Tink Tank: What do you like the most about your job? 

It’s challenging and every day you can learn something new 

Tink Tank: What inspired you to start working at Tink Tank, and what has been your experience so far?

It’s the first time I’ve worked remotely, and I was looking for different places in Heidelberg. When I was looking for places, I wasn’t in Germany at all. Once I saw Tink Tank has a monitor on each table, and I can lift the table up and work while standing, it was a game changer. I booked it immediately. 

Tink Tank: What do you like the most about Tink Tank?

The staff is friendly, the co-working people are nice , the atmosphere is great and of course the events that Tink Tank organizes. For example, breakfast, meetups, etc.  

Tink Tank: How has coworking improved your productivity and work-life balance? 

When I had to take a break during my work, I went to the kitchen, talking to people, having a coffee. 

Tink Tank: What are some of the biggest benefits of coworking for entrepreneurs and small business owners?

As an entrepreneur, you can meet a lot of other freelancer from different fields that you can talk to and get advice, have a good interesting conversation and be more inspired.  

Tink Tank: What inspired you to pursue your current career path, and how has it evolved over time?

I’m in this field 8 years already, since I was 22.  

Tink Tank: What is the most valuable lesson you’ve learned in your professional life, and how has it influenced your career? 

Work the hardest as you can and be nice to everyone.

Tink Tank: What advice would you give to someone who is starting out in your industry?

Work the hardest as you can, be nice to everyone, don’t stop learning, and don’t be afraid to ask questions.

Tink Tank: What do you like about Tink Tank?

The facilities are great, each one from the Tink Tank staff is friendly, The meetups and the extra events that Tink Tank orginazing.

Tink Tank: What are the biggest trends or challenges you’ve seen in your industry over the past few years, and how have you adapted?

The technology is always changing and changing real quick. You always need to learn and adapt new methods.

Tink Tank: Do you have a motto or life hack?

it’s all about perspective and be thankful. 
You can’t achieve great things in an ordinary life.

Tink Tank: Finally, a very important question: if you were a loaf of bread, which one would you be and why?

Banana bread no doubt. Best cake ever, even though it’s called a bread.

Tink Tank: What’s your favorite corner at Tink Tank and Why?

The table next to Luna. When I sit here I can talk business to her. I was lucky that I chose this table when I just came to Think Tank.
